How do I update my VIP Club profile?
There are few ways to do this.
- Click on this link or the “manage preferences” link at the bottom of a recent email from us. Either will take you to your Square profile (the system we use). Whatever changes you make to your Square profile will be used for all retailers with whom you have a Square account.
- Click here to view and update your VIP Club profile. Here you’ll see your loyalty points and current coupons. You can also set preferences for when we should contact you.

I signed up for the VIP Club, but I'm not getting your emails. Why?
Well, that’s frustrating. Let’s figure this out. A few things could be happening…
- Our emails could be going to your junk or spam folder. Check there, and add Value World as a “safe sender” in your email program.
- You might have previously opted out of receiving messages from us. Check your VIP Club Loyalty account (click here) and update your notification preferences.
- We use Square for our registers, and for sending emails and text messages to customers. If you’ve signed up to receive emails or texts from Value World, but aren’t getting them, it may be because you opted out of receiving emails or texts from another business that uses Square. You can change those preferences on your Square profile (click here).
