Where are Village Discount Outlet thrift stores located?
We have 11 locations, 10 throughout the Chicago Land area and 1 in Indiana.
We offer a large assortment of second-hand clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and much more.
How are items priced?
Prices are based off condition, brand, and market value. We receive new merchandise every day, so there is always a variety to choose from!
Do you accept donations?
No, we don’t.
However, there are local donation pickup services available through Donatestuff.com that support great local and national non-profits.
How can I apply for a job?
Visit your local store and ask for a manager.
How can I find a specific item or size at your stores?
Our items are organized within departments and then separated by item, color, material and condition.
How do I check the balance of a gift card?
Click here to check your balance (or bring it into one of our stores and we’ll check for you).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we don’t. All sales are final.
Do you have dressing rooms?
For health and safety reasons, no we don’t.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes we do. If you need help locating it, please ask one of our store associates.
